Louis A. Dieckmann, age 91 a 68 year resident of Hazel Park, Mich passed away April 20, 2013. He was born May 16, 1921 in Detroit, Mich.
Beloved husband of the late Gertrude. Dear father of Harold (Tina) Dieckmann and Paul Dieckmann. Loving grandfather of Erica Lapham, Melissa Dieckmann and Michael Dieckmann. Loving great-grandfather of Amber Lapham and Jaden Switkowski.
He retired from the Hazel Park Board of Education. He served in the Army during WWII in the 91st Division in Italy.
Visitation Tuesday 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, funeral service Wednesday 12:00 noon at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Mich. Burial Parkview Memorial Cemetery, Livonia, Mich.
