Loretta will be hugely missed in the neighborhood.
We spent hours talking at the fence in her backyard and watching our dogs, Daisy and Radar, running back and forth and making us laugh. She was one of those people that would do just about anything for her friends and neighbors.
She loved gardening and her yard was very beautiful. I always knew she would answer my questions and offer help, if needed, to place my flowers in spaces that would be right for them.
Loretta was generous and caring. When my father passed away in 1995, she was instrumental in cooking and setting up the wake for him, along with our longtime neighbor Lory Ledford. This was the beginning of getting to know her and I will cherish her friendship always.
I know she and Gary are together once again continuing the love they had for each other in life.
Rest in peace, Loretta.
