Loraine Ruth (Green) Duguay's Obituary
Loraine Ruth (Green) Duguay took her last breath here on Earth and her first step into heaven on February 5, 2023. She was born on January 13, 1931 to Franklin and Nona (Boots) Green making her 92 years young at her passing.
Left to cherish her memory are sister Wilma Donnellon, daughters Michele (Jim) Piscopink, Gina (Randy) Smith, Beth (Todd) Kelly, and Loren (David) Foster, grandchildren Curtis (Heather) Foster, Amy (Aaron) Black, Amanda (Sean) Stearns, Andrew (Charla) Smith, Devon (Emily) Kelly, Erin Kelly (Austin Jaros), Nathaniel (Malissa) Smith, Jimmy Piscopink, Allison Kelly (Trevor DeHate), Jonathan Piscopink and 8 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Loraine was a very social person, always willing to help others. She was active in the Madison Booster Club, Girl Scout Leader, and started the Kitchen Breakfast Crew at Royal Highland (their community in Florida) raising funds to add a clubhouse and bleachers at their baseball diamond to name just a few. Some comfort is found in knowing that Loraine has been peacefully reunited with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, husband Eugene Duguay, son Curtis Duguay, granddaughters Stacie Chevrier and Adrianne Smith, brothers Gerald and Frank, sisters Betty, Shirley, and Sharon along with her parents. Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 19th from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm with the Sharing of Memories at 5:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
