Larry and I were in grade school together at Edison Elementary in Madison Heights. We also were in Junior High and High school together. He was always a sweet guy and quiet and of course the most handsome guy around. I have nothing but fond memories of him. Madison High School is having a class reunion on August 28 this year at the Venetian Club in Madison Heights. It would have been great to see him again. The reunion is our 49th and we are celebrating with the class of '64. I know that everyone will be sadden to hear of Larry's passing. To Larry's family and especially Sandy, my heartfelt thoughts and prayers will be with you these next days. It know it is a great loss for you all. Please know that there is one more person who knew Larry and I will pray for strength for you all. My dear friend, Candy, told me about Larry yesterday. I wish I could have been there. My husband and I live north of Alpena now in Presque Isle. Please know that thoughts are with you, even up here. . . .

My condolences to the family. Grew up with Larry and the family and as many have lost touch. Recall playing basketball in the backyard on Brush Street. Although a couple years older than me Larry always welcomed me.
