Larry Edward Bean's Obituary
Larry Edward Bean, age 57 of Shelby Township, formerly of Hazel Park Michigan, passed away on October 7, 2018. He was born January 19, 1961 in Detroit, Michigan to Earl and Mary (Cunningham) Bean. Beloved husband to Mary of fourteen years. Dear brother to Danny and Mary Anne. Cherished step-father to Kristen (Tony) West, Jaclyn (Kyle) Moxley and Kara (Michael) Chaney. Treasured grandfather to Julia, Sophia, Anthony, Marissa and Lilly.
Larry was passionate about cooking and was always eager to host holidays and family gatherings. He loved to travel with Mary, taking countless road trips to see the sights and catch an away game for one of their favorite teams. Ever the avid photographer, he was always sure to capture the moment to share with family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 11th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan (North of 13 Mile Road on the West side of John R. Road). Funeral to be held Friday, October 12th at Hopcroft Funeral Home at 11:00 am. Burial at Oakview Cemetery, 1032 North Main Street, Royal Oak, Michigan.
