Kenneth Reese's Obituary
Kenneth Richard Reese, age 62 of Troy, passed away September 2, 2011. He was born May 28, 1949 in Hamtramck, MI. He is retired from G.M., served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict, was a Past Commander of Royal Oak V.F.W. Acorn Post # 1669, and enjoyed golf, cooking, hunting, traveling and his family. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Linda. Father of Dawn Reese, Dee Yaniak, Sherry Lynn (Randy) Reese, Beth (Bill) Walsh, Kevin (Jill) Reese, Jennifer (Greg) Wagman, Wendy (Damon) Justice and Lori Yaniak. Grandfather of 8. Son of Caroline. Brother of Gerald, Karen, Mary Lou, Laura, Bruce, Patricia, Mark and Barbara. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Kenneth is pre-deceased by his father, Walter. Visitation Tuesday 2:00 pm – 9:00 pm, Rosary at 5:00 pm and a VFW service at 6:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Mich. Funeral Wednesday 10:30 am Instate followed by an 11:00 am Mass at St. Justin Church, Hazel Park, Mich.
