Katherine Ray Barnett, age 93 of Clawson, Michigan passed away February 17, 2019. She was born on December 19, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan to Raymond and Opal Presnell.
Beloved wife of the late Jesse. Loving mother of Judy (Dave) Dutcher, David (Lorri) Barnett and the late Dennis Barnett. She had 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Sister of Eleanor (Jimmy) Jones.
Katherine was an active Avon Lady and active at Tabernacle Baptist Church, Hazel Park, Michigan.
Visitation Friday, February 22nd from 3 to 8 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road). Instate Saturday, February 23rd at 10 am with an 11 am funeral service at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 22323 South Chrysler Drive, Hazel Park, MI. Contributions may be made to Tabernacle Baptist Church in lieu of flowers.
