Justine Terrell Arnold, age 89 of Warren, Michigan passed away on December 23, 2022 at Autumn Woods Health Care Facility in Warren, Michigan. She was born on May 24,1933 in Kentucky.

Beloved mother-in-law of Donna Arnold. Cherished grandmother of Lindsay (Joe) Patterson, Jill (Mark) Norander, Susan Arnold, Derek (Sarah) Arnold, Luke (Erin) Arnold. Justine was the youngest of five siblings and spent her youth on a farm in Kentucky, developing a life-long aversion to eating chicken. She moved to Michigan as a teenager where she met and married her former husband, Dudley Arnold. She welcomed her only child, Gene Arnold, in 1953. She worked for many years in the insurance field and retired from Aitken and Ormond. She returned to work managing H&R Block offices for several years following her retirement. She was an active member of the Church of Christ in Roseville, Michigan.
She was a loving and attentive mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, playing Yahtzee, and eating sweets. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always quick with one-liners.
She developed dementia at the age of 79 and spent the last 10 years of her life at Autumn Woods. Though her memories slipped away, the core of her person remained the same. Her face would always light up when a visitor appeared with a Diet Coke and cookies. She was feisty, joking, and happy to her last day.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 29th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Sharing of Memories service at 7:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.
