YOUNG, JUNE, age 82 passed away at home on July 26, 2014. She was born June 12, 1932. June was the beloved wife of Donal for 62 wonderful years. Loving mother of Kathleeen (Mark), Donal Jr. (Elizabeth), Christopher (Jackie), and Kimberly Young. Dear grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren who she loved dearly. Dear sister of Marvin, Jean, Charles, Harvey and Stuart.
June was a homemaker and loved cooking big meals for her family especially for the holidays. Her husband, Don, owned a landscape construction company and she loved sitting in their yard with all the beautiful plants and flowers.
June will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 29, 2014, 3-9 p.m. at Hopcroft Funeral Home,31145 John R. rd. Madison Heights. On Wednesday, she will be in state at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, 10187 East Gardenia Avenue, Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan.
