I'm so sorry we can't be there. Aunt June was my Great Aunt but more like a grandmother to me. My favorite memory is in the summers my travel ball team had a tournament in Sterling Heights and we stayed the weekend with her. She cheered me on and went on ball trips with us. The team all knew her and called her Aunt June too! Her biscuits and gravy were the best I have ever had! Fried cauliflower, chicken and dumplings, you name it and hers was the best! I also loved her laugh and stories including a famous saying I still use a lot..."adios, SOB" :) Miss you and love you Aunt June!
