Joyce worked with my Mom , that is how they met. This was in early 1960's. My parents became close friends with Joyce and Jim. I remember as a child visiting them in Mission Viejo, they were so fun I remember! Joyce always had a great tan and so cute! I first discovered Fresca at her house :)
As we moved away, Joyce and my Mom always kept in contact through the years. My Mom talked about her a lot.

I have many fond memories of Joyce and her husband, Jim. My brother and I visited them often in Fullerton and Mission Viejo, Ca. Joyce was always kind, loving, and welcoming. She was funny too and I always felt relaxed in her presence. She loved her pets and took such good care of them. Her home was filled with music, love, and beauty.
She and Jim were a very loving couple. You could not say the name Jim without saying the name Joyce, they were that close.
She will be greatly missed. My memories of her are ones of joy and happiness. Karen Leah Brachhausen
