As a kid growing up in the neighborhood, I would always see Joey riding his bike or watching the city crew doing work around the area. He was always very friendly and kind. You kind of felt protected when you saw him. May the angels meet him in paradise and God hold him in the palm of his hand. May perpetual light shine upon him.
