Joseph Parisi, age 92, of Warren, formerly of Taylor, passed away July 21, 2019. He was born May 25, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York.
Beloved husband of the late Shirley (2012). Loving father of Joseph T. (Ganine) Parisi, Richard (Janice) Parisi, Robert (Dawn) Parisi and Ann Marie Parisi. Grandfather of Joseph G. (Jessie), Geoff, Rebecca (Rudy) Sinn, Amy Eldred, April (Todd) Daenzer, Cassy Love, Danielle Parisi and Erica Parisi. Great grandfather of ten.
Joseph was an activist and leader in the deaf community. He loved to watch and play sports. He retired from the Detroit News.
Visitation Friday, July 26th from 3-9 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road). Instate Saturday, July 27th at 10:30 am with an 11:00 am Mass at Holy Innocents, 16359 Frazho, Roseville, MI 48066.
