My prayers and toughs are with John and his family. Will miss his smile and working with a great person.
My brother John, what can I say about this wonderful, loving man. What will it be without that great smile of yours and your funny stuff you always did. One of the best things I remember is how my daughter Sue and my son Kevin got to grow up with you not only as an uncle, but almost like a big brother. You all had a great time together swimming, riding bikes, playing around Mom's house and playinng with all those fish in that big bucket. All you kids help keep our Mom very busy but she enjoyed every minute of her day with all of you. You were a hard working person and always stepped up when needed.
Please know that you are greatly missed and until we meet again, I was honored to be your sister. Love and peace to you John, Sylvia and Jim
My heart aches for his family. I remember that John was very funny and liked to joke and laugh. He had a beautiful smile that I see every time my neice laughs . John was such an amazing father. His family is in my prayers. He will be deeply missed. Rest in peace John.
My brother John, what can I say about this always smiling guy, except when that polish temper came out. He was a warm and loving man. Always ready to do what he could. But the most important thing that he did for me was that my daughter Sue and son Kevin got to grow up with him and enjoed him as a big brother. The kids always had a lot of fun together, swimming, riding bikes, playing tricks on each other and playing with freshly caught fish in a big bucket.
You are greatly missed and I hope that fishing pole catches some big ones in the great heaven above. I await to see you again with the other members of our family. Much love, Sylvia and Jim.
My condolences to your family. Out of all the Haston Junior High School classmates I had, John was one of the most memorable. We talked music incessantly and cut up in Mr. Geck's class constantly. I am sorry for your loss.
Uncle John was an amazing person. He had many titles: husband, father, grandfather, brother, son & friend. No matter which role he was playing he was always supportive and loving. He is so very missed already and many of us will continue to morn for a long time. I can't look at a photo of his wonderful smiling face without crying. I will always cherish the many memories I had spending time with him as I grew up. He had the incredible talent of making people laugh. If he could make just one person smile or chuckle a day he was happy. He had the best impression of Donald Duck. Sounded just like him. I will always think of my beloved Uncle in many ways, but seeing Donald Duck will always remind me of this wonderful comedian John Andrew Sowa. Until we meet again in heaven my beloved uncle and friend. You will always be in my heart. <3 your niece Stephanie Marie Sowa xoxo
