John Gilbert Prante, Sr. age 87 of Highland Park, Michigan passed away on November 22, 2013 at St. John Providence Hospital, Southfield, Michigan. He was born on August 27, 1926 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Beloved Husband of Jeanette Lucy Prante. Dear Father of John (Nancy) Prante, Jr. Grandfather of Melissa (Lou) Stultz, Justin and Christopher. Brother of Maryann Smith, the late Robert Prante, Jr. and the late Clarence Prante. Brother-in-law of Doris Prante and Betty Prante.
John served in the US Navy during World War II.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 25th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Funeral Service to be held at 7:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan.
