"In Baptism, he died with Christ. May he come to share in the glory of His resurrection."
I remember John as one of the very few red heads who attended St. James AND played significant roles in the classroom and on the football team. Being a red head myself but NOT playing much of a role on the team and being somewhat of an underachiever academically I left it to John to establish our legacy...and he did BOTH extremely well. He will be missed. God bless. JM
To the family of John I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Even though I have not seen John for over 40 years I remember him very well. I was on the football team with John when St.James was undefeated 2 years in a row. He was the quarterback & was looked up to as a leader. He will be remembered.
To John's Family:
Please accept my sincere condolences on the death of John.
I went to St. James High with John and enjoyed his friendship very much. You have my deepest sympathy.
I had the privilege to have grown up with John, played football at both SMM and SJH, and was close during our youth as he was my brother Dan's great friend and colleague. John will be missed in this world, but lives anew in His world, joining the communion of saints, free from pain and suffering and able to help us all with his all knowing spirit. God bless John, his family and friends, and buddy we'll see each other when it's our turn.
