Dear Trey, Amber, Chad, Jason, Vicki, DJ, Magdalana, Miranda and Malcolm, I am so sorry! Kateri Menominee told me last night that she last saw your Mom a year ago at the Gathering of Nations. I had no idea your Mum was 71 (I thought 63!), but I think she'd like that!I will always miss your Mom,her smile was especially warm right to my heart!I miss all of you guys too, but I know she is with your Dad!The world is a little less bright without her here. JoAnn was a Great Part of our Pow Pow family in Southern Ontario. Having danced with her all these many, many years on into our 'Golden Age' years, it was always wonderful to dance in her presence.
And it was always a honour to dance with her, under the watchful eye of our Creator, as she so often led us into our Grand Entry.
