Jerry Williams' Obituary
Jerry Williams, age 88 of Warren, passed away March 30, 2021. He was born July 18, 1932 in Webster County, KY to R Everett and Letta B Williams. Jerry also had a loving stepfather, Andy Stefaniak (Pops).
He was a loving husband to Alberta Williams for 63 years. Dear father of Dana (Cuma) Williams, Stacy (AL) Johnson, Kelly (Melinda) Williams. Loving grandfather of Chris (Kelly) Williams, Scott (Beth) Johnson, Ryan (Angie) Williams, Lee Johnson, Ashley (Raymond) Smith, Chad (Megan) Williams, Corey Williams and Bailey Williams. Proud great grandpa of 13.
Jerry grew up in Milan, Michigan, then moved to Hazel Park where he graduated from Hazel Park High School. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church for 73 years. He proudly served his country during the Korean War as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army. He worked and retired from Bordens Dairy.
Next to his family, friends and faith, everyone who knew Jerry, knew his favorite things were coaching the church softball team, Bo Schembechler and the University of Michigan football team.
Visitation Monday, April 5th, from 2-8 pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church 22323 S. Chrysler Drive, Hazel Park, MI. Viewing Tuesday, April 6th at 9:30 am with funeral service at 10:30 am. Burial At Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery, 38425 Garfield Rd., Clinton Twp.
