Dear Linda, Shadow and Family,
As we close 2009, we are reminded of Turtle. We still miss him very much, with his huge heart, wacky quick sense of humor and his everlasting Marine spirit. We are blessed to have called him "Friend" and to have worked along side him to help honor Michigan's fallen military heroes, a mission which Turtle loved and in which he excelled. Time passes yet it is difficult to accept he is not with us still. Our healing comes through knowing Turtle has seen the face of God.
Until we are all reunited in Christ, may you find peace and joy in life's simple things and be shielded from the the hardness of the worldly. May God bless you richly and keep you healthy in 2010.
