My husband and I were privileged to meet Jean a number of years ago. I am researching my husband's family genealogy and found his name in the local phone book. I called and he was kind enough to invite us over to compare notes. It turns out that he shares many of the same ancestors as my husband and allowed us to copy his family's genealogy compiled by a niece in Canada. I was overwhelmed by his generosity and will remember him fondly.
