Janice Faye Mills, age 74, a resident of Hazel Park since 1967, Michigan passed away on July 4, 2021 at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. She was born on January 13, 1947 in Henry County, Tennessee to Sherman and Retter Valentine.
Beloved Wife of Nick for 57 years. Loving Mother of Donald (Lisa) Mills, Jeff (Shawn) Mills and the late Christopher Mills. Grandmother of Joe, Eric, Brandon, Tiffany, Kristin and the late Ryan and several Great-Grandchildren. Sister of Shirley Sisk, Linda Pelshaw, Jerry Guerra, Debbie Guerra and Jimmy Guerra.
Janice was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 8th from 3:00 to 9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will take place on July 9th, at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will take place at Christian Memorial Cemetery.
