James W. Thompson, age 89 of Warren, Michigan passed away on February 1, 2018 at his home. James was born on October 13, 1928 in Cookeville, Tennessee.
Beloved Husband of the late Monica Thompson. Dear Father of Michael (Sue) Kelley and the late Dusty Kelley. Grandfather of 7 and Great Grandfather of 13.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 5th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, (the south west corner on John R. Road at 9 ½ mile / Woodward Heights), Hazel Park, Michigan. The Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, February 6th at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home. Burial will take place at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
