James A. McGregor, age 78, passed away on November 11, 2016. He was born July 10, 1938 in Detroit to James and Margaret McGregor.
Loving husband of the late Thora M. McGregor. Beloved father of James Randy (Shirley) McGregor, Steve McGregor, Robert (Lisa) McGregor, Tracy (Scott) Cruce, Nancy (Lorie) Boright, Annette (Randy) Wilfong, William Preston, Jr., Brian (Cindy) Preston, Pam (Eric) Hohf and Robert (Jen) Preston. Grandfather of 23, great grandfather of 15 and great great grandfather of one.
Visitation Monday, November 14, 2016 from 3-9 pm, service at 7:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the east side of John R Road). Interment services Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 10 am at Roseland Park in Berkley.
