Jacques “Jack” Nixon, age 68 of Madison Heights. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 23, 1941 to Edwin and Ann Nixon. Jack passed away at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan on January 16, 2010.
He is the beloved husband of Patricia (nee St. Germain) Nixon. Dear father of Timothy (Rainie) Nixon and Tamara Nixon. Grandfather of Jessica, Jennifer, Jacqueline, Justin and Kiley. Great-Grandfather of Dominik and Aiden. Brother of Robert (Kathleen) Nixon and the late Don Nixon.
Jack was a member of the Fr. James B. Heary Knights of Columbus Council # 7239 and had served as a Past Grand Knight. He also belonged to the Fourth Degree at Blessed Virgin Mary Assembly. He was an active member and usher at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, Madison Heights, Michigan.
Memorial Visitation at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan on Tuesday 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm by the Knights of Columbus. A memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday 10:00 am at St. Vincent Ferrer Church, Madison Heights, Michigan. Memorials may be made in the form of Masses at St. Vincent Ferrer Church.
