Ira Alvin Shepard, age 88, of Centerline, MI passed away April 1, 2014 at home. He was born September 11, 1925 in Coble, TN to the late Oscar Cleveland and Bertha Angeline Shepard.
Beloved husband of the late Vera Lucille Shepard. Dear father of Danny Keith (Peggy) Shepard, Karen Lynne (Daniel) Cardinell, Kenneth Wayne (Debra) Shepard, Kevin Paul (Elizabeth) Shepard and Kristie Ann Shepard. Loving Grandfather of 16 and Great Grandfather of 25. Brother of the late Mattie Ruth, James Delbert, Mary Dee, Nolan Cooper, Oscar Cleveland Jr, Bertie May and Billy Maurice. Ira is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
