IMOGENE DEEL-McLEOD, age 75, of Hazel Park, passed on May 3, 2016. She was born January 18, 1941, in Buckcanon Co., Virginia.
Beloved wife of Donald McLeod, who were married, September 17, 1989, loving mother of: Greg(Linda) Owens, Doug(Cathi) Owens,Cheryl (Terry) Crout and Karen McLeod-Hill. Grandmother of: Krystle(Shawn) Staford, Ryan Crout, Melissa Gruner, Mackenzie Hill, predeceased by Leah Owens and John Mcleod, Great Grandmother of 3. Daughter of the Late Walter and Florence Deel. Sister of: Joe “Ed” (Laura) Deel, Gary (Sandy) Deel and the Late Walter, Clayton and Irene.
She was active in, The Central Free Will Baptist Church in Rochester. Spent many years teaching Sunday School. She was well liked in her community and enjoyed traveling and sight seeing. She full filled a lifelong dream of going to Hawaii on her honeymoon.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 5, 2016, from 3:00PM to 9:00PM. Services will be Friday 11:00AM at Hopcroft Funeral Home, Hazel Park Chapel. Burial to follow at White Chapel Cemetery.
