Hugh Douglas Bolinger, age 90 of Sterling Heights, Michigan passed away on March 2, 2026 at Pomeroy Living in Sterling Heights, Michigan. He was born on October 26, 1935 in Clinton, Tennessee to Luke and Obedis Bolinger.
Beloved husband of Irene Bolinger of more than 70 years. Dear father of Randy Bolinger and Donna (Peter) Parry. Cherished grandfather of Megan and Kaitlyn (Ian). Great-grandfather of Logan, Samson, and Elijah. Hugh is also survived by his one brother and his four sisters.
Visitation will begin on Friday, March 6th at 11:00 am and will continue until the time of the Funeral Service at 1:30 pm, at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will take place at Cadillac Memorial Gardens East Cemetery in Clinton Township, Michigan.
