Hilda H. Lindley's Obituary
Hilda Lindley, age 89, of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on April 23, 2015 at home. She was born on April 26, 1925 in Newburgh, New York.
She had three passions; gardening, reading and sewing. Taught boys and girls Bible Club in Public Schools for 31 years. She also taught Sunday School and was a member of Bethesda Christian Church for over 50 years. Hilda was currently attending Maranatha Church of God, Warren, Michigan.
Beloved Wife of the Late Marvin Lindley (1996). Loving Mother of Joanne Lubs, Michele Sparre, Sandra (Larry) Chapman and Jane (Bill) Wilcox. Sister of Frances (Tony) Raimondo, Henry Jefferson and Florence (James) Farrington. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and two Great-Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 28th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Michigan. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 29th - 10:00 am Instate followed by the 11:00 am Service at Maranatha Church of God, 13700 Stephens Road, Warren, Michigan. Burial to take place in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
