HELEN MARIE CANUP, age 88 of Royal Oak, Michigan for 53 years. She was born on July 19, 1921 in Vienna, Illinois. She passed away on October 28, 2009 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, Pontiac, Michigan.
She is the wife of Herman "Bob" Canup for 55 years. Mother of Joy Marie Cartmill, Robin Elaine Ramsey, Phillip Robert Canup and Lynn Francis Valentine. Grandmother of 6 and Great-Grandmother of 6. Sister of Aline VanCleave and Lenora Jackson.
Visitation Sunday from 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, Michigan. Funeral Service will be held Sunday at 7:00 pm with Rev. Michael Haley officiating. Burial will be at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
