Gregory Michael Niebel II's Obituary
Gregory Michael Niebel, II, age 49 of Clifford, Michigan and formerly of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on July 25, 2025. He was born on June 17, 1976 at Bicounty Hospital, Warren, Michigan.
Loving Son of Betty West and his Bonus Dad, David West. He is predeceased by his father, Gregory M. Niebel. Brother of Holly (Patrick) Kirshman. Uncle of Brittany P. Schwartz, Ryan L. Schwartz, Dean L. Schwartz, Danielle M.(Brandon) Kaiser, Adam (Chelsey) Golden, Justin (Natalie) Kirshman, Brendan P. Krishman, and Shannon Kirshman. Great Uncle of Cleatus Gregory.
Gregory had worked as the evening manager at the House of Shamrocks, Hazel Park, Michigan for decades. He was a real estate agent with Nowland Real Estate. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology. He loved fishing, hunting, his fur babies, loving and helping others, all sports including Spartans (Go Blue!, haha) and his passion for going to concerts.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 1st at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will be at Oakview Cemetery, Royal Oak, Michigan.
Due to the ongoing construction on John R. Road, it is advised that those who plan on attending the services for GREGORY MICHAEL NIEBEL to turn onto Brush Street from 13 Mile Road to use our back entrance.
