I called him "Dad" for almost 10 years of my life. Getting hugged by him was like being hugged by a bear and I always felt like one of his kids! Whether we were all piling in the station wagon to go to a movie or he was getting after all of us, he treated me the same. I'll miss him, but I'm glad I knew him. Thanks for being part of my life, "Dad"! I love you!
I'm so sorry I cant make it home Daddy I will always love you!!
Our sincere condolences to the Westergaard family.

To a great man loved by those that with even the littlest knowledge of him, and a very very terrific father, in which no son could say with more pride and joy, "Yeah, that's MY DAD!!!". He will be missed greatly, more than he could ever imagine. I am so happy your pain is gone, and I will love you until I am at your side again! Love You So Much Dad! Douglas P Westergaard

We are truly saddened by the passing of my lifetime friend Jerry. We attended the same schools & churches throughout our youth. We both were from very large families in Warren. To Charlie & Joyce, whom I knew quite well, We sent out deepest sympathy. Tom & Willy Grogan.
