Gerald Frank Peter Shields, age 81 of Madison Heights, passed away February 22, 2017. He was born March 7, 1935 in Detroit.
Beloved husband of Patricia of 62 years. Dear father of Marcia (Daniel) Figurski, Sharon (Chris) Dickinson and Deena (Mark) Brightman. He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, his sister Geraldine Stevens and his brother-in-law James (Jeri) Reesman.
Visitation Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 5 pm to 9 pm and Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 2 pm to 9 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile Road on the west side of John R Road).
