Beloved husband of the late Virgie. Dear father of George (Lucille), Robert (Sheryl) and James (Betty). Cherished grandfather of Donald, Leanne, Autumn and Lindsey. Loving brother of Corbin Durham, Cleo Durham and Laverne Bumpus. An Army Veteran of WWII, he worked for Chrysler Automotive, retiring in 1979, after more than 30 years of service. Visitation Wednesday 2:00 PM until the time of service at 8:00 PM, at the Hazel Park Chapel.
