I feel like I became a part of the Weaver family growing up in a very close knit neighborhood. I met Gary's youngest sister Pam when we were about 9 years old.Soon Pam, Punky, ( Wally a younger brother ) and myself all started hanging out together. I soon became a part of the household, meeting up with Judie, Gary, Mike , Diane and Allen Pam and I would spend Saturday's cleaning the basement, that was her job , Marianne their step mom gave everyone jobs. Pam and I would sneak cigarettes while cleaning. Of course by then we were older. Had many dinners with them and OD their dad , I thought was a quiet man would it at the table eating dinner, but would every now and then look up and give us all a smile. He was a quiet kind man. I also had the met a woman in their family their grandma that we called Gaggie. Se was a southern belle, and left a lasting impression on me. Time went on and everybody went separate ways, and Gary and I met up again on FB. I truly enjoyed catching up on all the family ,loved his posts and pics of his life and his ability to make you laugh your ass off, and mostly his honesty and sincerity. One of my friends said today that it will be weird not to see Gary's post today,he is already missed by so many. But like Judie said now he can rest easy with dad.I will miss you...Love and hugs to the family......
