Eugene Leo Gariepy's Obituary
Eugene L. Gariepy, Age 85 of Hazel Park, MI, passed away at Sunday, July 13, 2014. Eugene was born September 25, 1928 to the late Leo and Lena Gariepy.
Predeceased by his wife Beatrice Gariepy. Beloved father of Beatrice (Terry) Reeves, Jean Gariepy and Chris Gariepy. Also survived by his brother Tom Gariepy and sister-in-law Lois Slivatz.
As a young man, he loved being on the water, working on the Bob-lo boats and great lakes freighters.
Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, July 19, 2014, Instate from 10:30 am until time of Mass at 11am at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Hazel Park, MI.
