Ester Catherine "Ruth" Reddaway's Obituary
Ester Catherine “Ruth” Reddaway was born April 4, 1931 in Flint, Michigan. She was the eighth and youngest child of Alfred and Florence Matthews. Ruth married Paul Reddaway on May 5, 1951. They lived in Michigan all their lives and had three children. She is survived by her husband Paul; their three children Louise, Nancy, and Gary; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Ruth worked at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak for 12 years in the housekeeping department before retiring in 2001. Ruth and Paul have faithfully attended Warren Woods Church of the Nazarene since 1979. After 88 years of life, Ruth passed into glory on Friday October 18, 2019. She is now enjoying the reward of those who belong to Christ.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7th from 10:00 am until time of service at 2:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights, Michigan.
Meeting for burial on Friday, November 8th at Noon at Flint Memorial Park Cemetery, 9506 N Dort Hwy, Mt Morris, MI 48458.
