Edison Lee Wright, age 71 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on June 21, 2022. He was born on March 17, 1951 in Martin, Tennessee to Ivin and Kathleen (maiden Ray) Wright.
Beloved Husband of Malinda (maiden Morrison) Wright. Dear Father of Billie Jean (Frank) Molands, Angel (Nicholas) Hunter, Richard (Stephanie) Wright and Patrick Wright. Grandfather of Tiffany, Brittney, Nicholas, Jr. , Rex, Syd, Austin, Eve, Javon, Carter and Faith. Great-Grandfather of 4. Brother of Bobby Wright, Jim Wright, Anita Richardson, Cathy Cook, Gwenda Wilkowski and pre-deceased by two siblings.
Edison loved playing guitar, classic cars and enjoyed the Woodward Dream Cruise.
Visitation Monday, June 27th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 28th at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will take place at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, Michigan.
