DORIS M. JONES, age 88, of Ferndale, formerly of Hazel Park, passed November 1, 2015. She was born in Royal Oak Twp, October 27, 1927.
An avid reader, she enjoyed watching old movies and was a Sunday school teacher for many years.
Beloved wife of the Late Rev. William J. Jones (2014). Loving mother of Bill (Sharon) Jones and Dorie Olson. Grandmother of: Melissa (Aaron) Laird, Julie (Brian) Malizewski, Lindsay (Bob) Owen, Kristen Lacey, Guy English, Cris Olsen and Amy Olsen. Great Grandmother of 7.
Visitation: Wednesday, 3 to 8PM at Hopcroft Funeral Home, Hazel Park Chapel, (23919 John R Road)
Service: Thursday, 11:00 AM at Funeral Home, burial to follow at White Chapel Cemetery.
