Dolores Swanson's Obituary
Dolores J. Swanson, age 71 of Royal Oak Since 1965, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009. She was born August 30, 1937 in Pontiac, Michigan.
Surviving are her children: Daniel D. (Nancy) of Madison Heights, Mark W. of Ellicott City, MD, and John C. (Rebecca) of Kittanning, PA; grandchildren Julie L., Brendan R., and Benjamin K.; mother Elaine Meeker, brothers David Meeker, Raymond Vincent, sisters Linda Taylor, and Rebecca Toolan.
She is predeceased by her loving husband Daniel K. on March 26, 2001, daughter Deborah L. Weber, father Randolph Meeker, and brother Douglas Meeker.
She retired in 2005 from Lasalle Bank.
Visitation 2-9 pm Friday with the funeral at 11:00 am Saturday, with Rev John Burow officiating, at the Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights. Burial in White Chapel Cemetery, Troy. Memorials to the Women’s Heart Foundation, P.O. Box 7827, West Trenton, NJ, 08628.
