Dennis Mixen's Obituary
Dennis "D.C." Mixen III, age 23, of Hazel Park, passed away on June 4, 2011in San Diego, California. He was born April 26, 1988 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan. Loving son of Dennis C. Mixen Jr. and Kelly M. (nee Allen) Mixen. Dear brother of Robert Mixen and Jackie Mixen. Dearest grandson of Ray and Sheila Ritter and Dennis Mixen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He graduated from Hazel Park High School and was currently serving active duty in the U.S. Navy. Visitation Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with the funeral Thursday, at 11:00 am at the Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to either the American Red Cross or to the Navy/Marine Corp. Relief Fund.
