Daniel M. Fernley, age 89 of Hazel Park, MI passed away August 1, 2015. He was born November 26, 1925. Beloved Husband of the late Frances. Father of Robert M. Fernley, Sandra Taradoina, Nancy Nyberg and the late Howard R. Fernley. Grandfather of 4 and Great-Grandfather of 4. Brother of Ralph Fernley, the late Marion Perttunen and the late Norma Fernley.
Daniel was a WWII Navy Veteran and a member of the VFW. He retired from the DETROIT NEWS.
Visitation Wednesday 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road, Hazel Park, MI. Funeral Thursday 10:30 am Instate followed by the 11:00 am Mass at St. Mary Magdalen Church, Hazel Park, MI.
