Connie Marie Horne, age 63 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on June 2, 2016 at home. She was born December 8, 1952 in Oakdale, California.
Beloved Mother of Kristi (David VanHorn) Horne and Holly (Paul) Dockery. Grandmother of Kelsey Hebert and Madison Dockery. Sister of David Broussard, Donald (Karie) Broussard and Rhonda (Gary) Wilbeck. Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 11th from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a Funeral Service at 7:00 pm that evening at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 23919 John R. Road (the south west corner on John R. Road at 9 ½ mile / Woodward Heights), Hazel Park, Michigan.
