Chris Leonowicz's Obituary
Chris W. Leonowicz, 54, of St. Clair Shores and formerly of Imlay City and Hazel Park, died suddenly Thursday, Nov. 22, 2007, at home. He was born Oct. 17, 1953, in Detroit. Mr. Leonowicz was raised in Hazel Park and attended Hazel Park schools. He was a creative and skilled craftsman. Surviving are his children, Nick Leonowicz of Evart and Lauren Leonowicz of Imlay City; partents, Walter and Irene Leonowicz; siblings, Kenneth, David, Steven, Paul, Charles and Renne VanderHagen; and many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Memorial visitation, 4-9p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home; 23919 John R, Hazel Park. Memorial service 10a.m. Thursday at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church, Hazel Park, with Fr. Bede Louzon officiating.
