Charles Earl Moffat, age 69 of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away on May 28, 2021 at Ascension St. John Macomb Hospital, Warren, Michigan. He was born on August 23, 1951 in Caro, Michigan to Edward and Virginia Moffat.
Beloved Father of Andrew, Adrienne and Eddy. He is survived by his sister, Nancy; his niece, Susan and his dog, Max.
Retired from the Department of Public Services in Birmingham, Michigan.
