Catherine L. (LaJoye) Jump, age 70 of Sterling Heights, Michigan passed away on February 24, 2019 at William Beaumont Hospital, Troy, Michigan. She was born on April 3, 1948 in Detroit, Michigan to Jerry and Eleanor (Weitzel) LaJoye.
Beloved Wife of the late John Jump. Survived by her beloved siblings Jean Jump and Russell (Pam) LaJoye. Loving Aunt of Nikki Cain, Bradley LaJoye and Bryan LaJoye. Great Aunt of Ella and Shelby Cain. Loving Niece of Lee and Nancy Miller and many loving extended family and friends.
Catherine had many memories of her friends growing up on Edgar Street in Royal Oak, Michigan. She worked for K-Mart Company for 51 years.
Visitation will be on Thursday, February 28th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 1st at 11:00 am at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block North of 13 Mile Road, West side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. Burial will be at Christian Memorial Cemetery, Rochester Hills, Michigan.
