STURZA, CASIMIRA, age 93, passed way May 22, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of Robert (Carolyn) Sturza, Lorraine (Wayne) Whitson, Norman (Stana) Sturza, Linda (Rick) Dodson, Rita (Dave) Moeller, and Sharon (Victor) Lorenz. Caring grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 18. Dear sister to Sylvia Savich. She was a long-time member of St. Mary Magdalen in Hazel Park. Visitation will take place Tuesday from 3-9 pm, with a Rosary Service at 7 pm, at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, Madison Heights. She will lie in state Wednesday at 9:30 am, followed by Mass at 10:00 am, at St. Mary Magdalen Church in Hazel Park. Memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of Michigan, 400 Mack Ave, Detroit, MI 48201 or the Capuchins, 1740 Mt. Elliott Ave, Detroit, MI 48207.
