Carolyn Marie Gray's Obituary
Carolyn Marie Gray (formerly Carolyn Lusky, age 83, died August 17, 2017. She was born July 9, 1934 in Warren Township, Michigan.
Carolyn has been preceded in death by her parents Carter and Stella Alexander, her husbands’ Carlon Gray, Kenneth Mandelka and Grandpa Walter Lusky. Sadly, she also buried her three beautiful daughters, Stella Steadman (Danny-Deceased), Jeannie Cook (Timothy-Deceased), Joan Hazzard (Thomas-Deceased) and two babies in the early 50’s, Baby Boy Gray and Baby Girl Gray.
Carolyn is survived by her two son’s Jonathan David Gray (Kristin) and Carl Lee “Butch” Gray Jr.(Donna), 14 grandchildren Joe (Monica), Jenny (Matthew), Jeff, April, Russell (Alexis), Andrew (Jemina), Christina (Bill), Lisa (Matt), Jimmy, Jason, Sammie, Amy-Sam, Jonny, Amber and a bunch of great grandchildren, 35!
Carolyn is also survived by all her brothers and sisters Denzel, Donald (Ruth), Dorothy, Natalie, Sharon (Jack) and David (Lana). She was preceded in death by brother/sister in laws Weda, Bobbie, Elden, Chuck, Donald and Harold.
Visitation Sunday, August 20th from 7-9 pm and Monday, August 21st from 10 am until the funeral service at noon at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R Road, Madison Heights (one block north of 13 Mile on the west side of John R Road).
