Boyd Willard Daugherty's Obituary
Boyd Willard Daugherty, age 84, of Hazel Park, Michigan passed away peacefully at home on December 13, 2022. He was born August 7, 1938 in Vasper, Tennessee to Willard and Ethel Daugherty.
Boyd married Mary Ann Daugherty on June 24, 1961 in Detroit, Michigan. Mary Ann passed away in 2007. Dear father of Barb (Chuck), Steve (Cindy), Kenny (Michelle) and Hank. Grandfather of 10 grandchildren, preceded in death by one granddaughter, 12 great grandchildren.
Boyd is the second child out of 7 children. He is preceded in death by two sisters. Uncle of many nieces and nephews.
He was a retired machinist. In his spare time loved to spend time with his family. Boyd loved to fish, bowl and barbeque.
A Memorial Service for Boyd will be officiated by Rev. Rick Yokel on Saturday, January 21st at 1:00 pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church located at 22323 South Chrysler Drive, Hazel Park, Michigan.
