Blake Steven Church, age 61, of Hazel Park, MI passed away peacefully on December 14, 2014. He was born April 10, 1953 in Detroit, MI to Rose Katherine and the late Blake Jerry Church.
Loving brother of Gail (the late Tom) Helminski, Paul Church, and the late Lynne Church.
Blake was a gentle man who will always be loved and remembered.
Visitation will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 from 1pm to 2pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, Madison Heights Chapel. Burial to follow at Roseland Park Cemetery, Berkley, MI.
