Betty Leona Hight, age 87 of Mt. Clemens, Michigan passed away on September 22, 2024. She was born on August 19, 1937 in Hazel Park, Michigan to John and Doris Dings.
Best Wife of the late Robert “Bob” Hight (passed away in 1998). Best Mother of Teri (Danny) Lewandowski and Denise (the late Bob) Hight. Loving Grandmother of Bret (Stephanie) and Diana (Jeremy). She loved her great-grandchildren, Lincoln, Easton and Avery.
Betty was an owner of Haupert Hardware. She loved working part-time for Taco Bell. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a great friend to many.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home, 31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th beginning at 10:00 am (Instate) followed by the 11:00 am Service at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 47120 Romeo Plank Road, Macomb, Michigan. Burial at White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, Michigan.
